We are looking for a Customer Care Rep to join our dynamic team and grow our software products. This position requires a strong communicator who will provide customer service and support.
Some duties of this position include:
• Attracts potential customers by educating and answering questions about MenuDrive
• Resolves product or service problems for clients.
• Provides Tier 1 support and training to clients.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Worked in a restaurant before (a plus).
• Knowledge of commonly-used internet and computer concepts.
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to utilize effective selling skills.
